COACH : Random issue on opening report with Chrome 83

Chrome and EdgeChromium are having issues/bugs that have been reported with the https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=1091583 on opening COACH Report.

Symptom : When user is opening the report, the progress icon is displayed, but it will never display any report. This is a random issue and cannot be reproduced 100%.

Problem : Identify as bug on Chrome version 83 and EdgeChromium.

Resolution : You need to use IE or Firefox as the workaround until Chromium fixes their bugs.
